Your Etsy Shop - Done For You

Do you want an Etsy shop but not sure how to go about it?

Well you could take one of my courses at Handmade Sellers University.....OR now you can hire me to do it for you. Start to finish

Yep. You've asked and begged me for years and now I'm finally ready to offer this service.

This program is only open for a few spots at a time so I can focus on those shops. But if you're seeing this page there is at least one spot left so grab it before it goes away!

We'll get together over Zoom where I'll be able to use Remote Desktop Control to create your Etsy shop - that way we preserve the security and safety of your shop! No worries about sharing IP addresses or personal login information, thanks to technology! Don't worry, I'll go over exactly how it works at our first meeting!

Together we'll walk through the procedural first steps of technically opening your shop on the site. This is all the boring but necessary stuff.

Then I'll move on to making your shop SEO friendly and OPTIMIZED for maximum visibility and you'll get:

  • Shop banner and profile pic created specifically for your brand
  • an About section written for you and optimized to foster trust with your potential buyers
  • Policies to avoid possible future issues
  • Shop sections set up (that you can add to as you grow)
  • First 2 listings added and optimized - that you can copy over when you're ready to add new products to save you time. This includes titles, tags, description, and any relevant attributes
  • Photo editing
  • Peace of mind knowing your shop was setup RIGHT from the start

All of this one on one help is worth over $2000. But you'll get it all for $997. PLUS this BONUS!

  • [BONUS] Lifetime access to the introductory course Handmade Sellers 101 ($497 value) that you can use to reference when you want to make changes down the road. You'll also get all the new updates every year!

After your purchase I'll be in touch through email on our next steps to building your new shop! We'll primarily meet over Zoom to work on your shop and so I can get to know you and your brand! But I'll be able to work on some things behind the scenes on my own so I don't take up too much of your time.

To get the most out of this project you should have at least 2 items made and photographed and ready for me to list. Then you can go on to list more once I show you how!

This project is to build a new shop not edit an established shop but if you have already started setting up your shop and need help to finish it we can work together to do that. You should also have at least a basic understanding of computers so that you can takeover your shop when I'm done.

Let's open your shop!

There is also a 2 payment plan available HERE

WHEREAS, Service Provider has the capability and capacity to provide certain Etsy shop setup services; and

WHEREAS, Customer desires to retain Service Provider to provide said services, and Service Provider is willing to perform such services under the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements hereinafter set forth and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, Service Provider and Customer agree as follows:

  2. Fees and Expenses
    1. In consideration of the provision of the Services by the Service Provider and the rights granted to Customer under this Agreement, Customer shall pay a single payment of $997.00, which is due and payable before any work will be completed. Payment to Service Provider of such fees shall constitute payment in full for the performance of the Services.
    2. In the event that Customer fails to make any payment required by this Agreement, Service Provider shall immediately cease all work until payment is made.
  3. Limited Warranty and Limitation of Liability.
    1. Service Provider warrants that it shall perform the Services:

The Receiving Party shall: (x) protect and safeguard the confidentiality of the Disclosing Party's Confidential Information with at least the same degree of care as the Receiving Party would protect its own Confidential Information, but in no event with less than a commercially reasonable degree of care; (y) not use the Disclosing Party's Confidential Information, or permit it to be accessed or used, for any purpose other than to exercise its rights or perform its obligations under this Agreement; and (z) not disclose any such Confidential Information to any person or entity, except to the Receiving Party’s Group who need to know the Confidential Information to assist the Receiving Party, or act on its behalf, to exercise its rights or perform its obligations under this Agreement.

If the Receiving Party is required by applicable law or legal process to disclose any Confidential Information, it shall, prior to making such disclosure, use commercially reasonable efforts to notify Disclosing Party of such requirements to afford Disclosing Party the opportunity to seek, at Disclosing Party's sole cost and expense, a protective order or other remedy.

  1. Term & Termination.
    1. This Agreement shall commence as of the Effective Date and shall continue thereafter until the completion of the Services, unless sooner terminated pursuant to Section 2 or Section 5.3.
    2. Either Party may terminate this Agreement, effective upon written notice to the other Party (the “Defaulting Party”), if the Defaulting Party:

      2. Becomes insolvent or admits its inability to pay its debts generally as they become due.

  2. Limitation of Liability. IN NO EVENT SHALL SERVICE PROVIDER BE LIABLE TO CUSTOMER OR TO ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY LOSS OF USE, REVENUE, OR PROFIT, OR FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHETHER ARISING OUT OF BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGE WAS FORESEEABLE AND WHETHER OR NOT SERVICE PROVIDER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND NOTWITHSTANDING THE FAILURE OF ANY AGREED OR OTHER REMEDY OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

  9. No Third-Party Beneficiaries. This Agreement benefits solely the Parties to this Agreement and their respective permitted successors and assigns and nothing in this Agreement, express or implied, confers on any other Person any legal or equitable right, benefit or remedy of any nature whatsoever under or by reason of this Agreement.

EXHIBIT A

STATEMENT OF WORK

I, Lauren Kilgore, on behalf of BeautifulMesh LLC, will complete the following work:

  • setup one new Etsy shop for customer
  • design one set of graphics to include a banner and shop profile pic
  • write About section/bio
  • write policies
  • edit listing photos as needed for two listings
  • add shop sections
  • add two items for sale in the new Etsy shop with SEO optimized titles, tags, description, and attributes

Agreement is for one-time setup of an Etsy shop, not ongoing shop management services.

If Etsy decides to close the shop (through no fault on the part of BeautifulMesh LLC), customer cannot receive a refund of services paid for this scope of work. Some examples of shop closure caused by the seller include copyright infringements, non payment of Etsy fees, poor customer service, or selling items that are prohibited by Etsy’s terms of service.

Services will take place over a period of a few weeks, depending on Lauren and client’s availability but should not last longer than a period of 60 days.

Once work has begun there are no refunds.
