In 2014, I opened my Etsy shop with zero experience. I had just started making wreaths for my own home but had a few requests from friends and family that wanted to purchase one so I figured Etsy was the next step. I still remember the fear and hesitation when I received my first custom order request from someone I didn’t know.
What if she didn’t like it?

That nagging self-doubt almost made me want to stop making things altogether. But here’s the twist - she loved it and the wreath became one of my best selling products to date.
